- 2 cups cubed zucchini
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 bread slices, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp garlic salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread cubes in a small bowl. Pour melted butter over the bread cubes.
Place zucchini, onion, garlic and egg in a large bowl. Fold in bread cubes. Season with garlic salt.
Transfer the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Then uncover the dish and bake for another 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Cheesy Zucchini Casserole is ready now. Serve warm.
