- 4 tri-tip beef steak (undercut)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon mustard paste
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- salt to taste

Take a bowl, add garlic, oil, vinegar, mustard paste, soy sauce, rosemary, red pepper salt and black pepper in it.
Place beef steak in a large resealable plastic bag or a large bowl.
Pour marinade over the steaks.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for about 2 hours to blend flavors.
Preheat the grill for high heat.
Lightly grease the grill grate with cooking oil.
Place steak on the prepared grill and cook for 8 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and transfer into a serving platter.BBQ Beef Steak is ready to serve.
