  • 12 Baby Corns
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

Step 1

Take a large bowl, combine together all ingredients except baby corns.

Step 2

Now add baby corns. Stir to coat evenly.

Step 3

Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry baby corn for 5-7 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Baby Corn Finger Chips are ready to serve.
