  • 6 medium size red potatoes (aloo)
  • 4 teaspoon chat masala

Step 1

Boil potatoes until done.

Step 2

Peel and slice into ½ inch cubes.

Step 3

Heat ghee in low-medium flame.

Add cubes potatoes and heat until golden brown.

Remove from heat.
