- 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups potatoes , boiled and mashed
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 3 green chilies ground into paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Rice flour as required

Mix all the ingredients except rice flour.
Make into ping pong sized balls. Press each ball into cutlets.
Roll these cutlets in rice flour.
Spread some oil on a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets.
Drain on paper towel. Spinach Cutlet is ready to serve.
