Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1-1/2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mint flakes, dried
  • 1/4 tsp pink peppercorns, crushed
  • a pinch of salt

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Stir in the pineapple.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chill.
  • Sprinkle with mint flakes and peppercorns.
  • Pineapple Raita is ready to serve.
  • ENJOY!!
