- 6 (1/3 pound each) beef cubed steaks
- 1 jar (10 ounces) Dijon mustard
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Oil for frying

Step 1
Pour water in a large resealable plastic bag. Add mustard and shake well. Add beef steaks. Seal the bag and shake to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.
Step 2
Place flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Roll steaks in flour mixture.
Step 3
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry steaks, two at a time, for 5 minutes on each side or until crisp and lightly browned. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Fried Mustard Cubed Steaks are ready to serve. enjoy!!
