Falsay ka Sharbat
A refreshing, cool drink in hot days of summer. There is nothing batter then this sweet and sour cold drink in summer season. Follow my Step by step Falsay Ka Sharbat recipe to Cool off this summer with a glass of Grewia Asiatica Drink.

- 1 kg falsay
- 1 kg sugar
- 4 lemons
- a pinch of black salt
- 3 cups water

Wash falsay then boil in 3 cups of water. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
Now strain through a medium fine sieve.
Extract all pulp by pressing down with a spoon.
Take a saucepan, add sugar and pulp in it. Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Leave it to cool completely.
Add lemon juice and black salt. Stir well.
Now pour in a freezer container.
Cover and refrigerate.
Take one glass cold water add frozen falsa pulp in it.
Stir well and add ice cubes. Falsay Ka Sharbat is ready to serve.Enjoy!
