- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1 tsp prepared mustard

In a large bowl, add cabbage, cauliflower, oranges, pineapple and green bell pepper. Toss well.
In a small bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, water, onion, mustard, celery seeds, and salt.
