- 1/2 kg Cheese, cubed
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- few drops Red Food Color
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- Cooking Oil, for brushing
- 1 Onion, sliced into rings , for garnish

Mix all of the ingredients together, (except the garnish ingredients.)
Set aside for 30 minutes.
About 20 minutes before serving, place the paneer cheese on a drip pan and bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, brush with oil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Alternatively, you can grill on a griller or a barbecue pit. Cheese Tikka is ready to serve.
