1 cup tamarind extract
1/2 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste

Boil the all ingredients till they reduce by half.

Step 2

Let it cool.

Step 3

Grind it to smooth consistency. Brown chutney is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
