- 1/2 Chopped tomato

Beat the yogurt until smooth.
Add chopped onion, tomato and grated cucumber, chopped green chilies Mix well.
Sprinkle red chili flakes, roasted cumin seeds and salt. Vegetable Raita is ready to serve. Enjoy!
