Capsicum Raita
Capsicum is the most common vegetable that you could find in almost every part of the world. This Capsicum raita recipe is very easy to make and a quick side dish for rice or roti.

Ingredients
- 4 capsicums
- 1 1/2 cups curd
- salt to taste
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Directions:
Step 1
Chop the capsicums.
Step 2
Heat the oil and add the mustard. When done, add the curry leaves and the capsicums, and fry until soft.
Step 3
Allow to cool.
Step 4
Beat the curds with sugar and salt, add to the capsicums, and mix well. Capsicum Raita is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with rice or paratha.
