  • 2 cups Plain yogurt
  • 1-1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup mango, cubed
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For Garnishing:

  • few coriander leaves


  • Place all fruits in a large bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Place yogurt in a small bowl.
  • Whisk with a hand beater.
  • Stir in sugar until well blended.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour yogurt mixture over the fruits.
  • Stir to coat evenly.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Delicious Mixed Fruit Raita is ready now.
  • Serve Chilled.
