- 1 (7.5 ounce) package buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Step 1
Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch. circle. Gently press biscuits into greased muffin cups.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the chicken and tomato sauce. Season with Italian seasoning. Spoon 1 teaspoonful into each cup. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
Step 3
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Lunch Box Pizzas are ready to Serve. Enjoy!!
