  • 1 kg boneless fish,cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 4 tbsp fresh ginger,grated
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mushroom(optional)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1

Clean boneless fish properly and cut into serving size pieces.

Step 2

Combine yogurt,garlic paste, lemon juice,soy sauce, vinegar,salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 3

Put fish into sauce,mix well and set aside.

Step 4

Marinate fish about 2-3 hours.

Step 5

Then heat 1/2 cup oil in a wok, add ginger and fry for few minutes.

Step 6

Put marinate fish into wok, and stir fry for 10-12 minutes or until fish changed the color.

Step 7

Then put the lid on,reduce the heat and cook for more 10 minutes or until fish is tender.

Step 8

Transfer Fish to serving dish.

Step 9

Garnish with chopped coriander,green chilies and ginger slices. Delicious Ginger Fish is ready to serve.
