- 1 tin mix fruit cocktail
- 1/2 liter strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup prepared jelly
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cherries
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachio
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Place cream, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.
