  • 1 tin mix fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 liter strawberry ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup prepared jelly
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cherries
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachio
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Step 1

Place cream, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.

Step 2
