- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degree C. Place cookie crumbs and butter in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. Press crumb-mixture onto the bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crust turn golden.
In large bowl, stir together cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Beat until well combined. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Pour this batter over the baked crust; spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven, for 55 minutes. Let it cool completely before removing from pan. Store in refrigerator or until firm. Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
