- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
- 1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced

Preheat oven to 400° F or 200° C. Lightly grease a 9×13-in. baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium high heat until evenly brown. Stir in pizza sauce. Remove from the heat and keep aside.
Cut buttermilk biscuits into quarters.Place biscuits quarters in the bottom of baking dish. Spread beef mixture evenly over the biscuits. Arrange onion,tomato, olives and mushrooms over the biscuits.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Bubble Pizza is ready now.
