Chinese Plum Sauce Recipe


Ingredients for Chinese Plum Sauce:

  • 2 cups plum jelly, melted
  • 1 clove , minced
  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger root, Minced
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste

How to make Chinese Plum Sauce:

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix well until smooth.
  • Chinese Plum Sauce is ready now.

  • Serve with your favorite Snack.


  • Fill and seal jars; process in boiling water bath for 30 minutes.
