  • 1 pound beef top round steak
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Condensed tomato soup
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Step 1

Cut beef steak into very thin strips.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

Add beef and cook for 20 minutes or until browned and juices evaporate.
