  • 6 (6 inch) pita breads
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine together the butter and garlic powder. Brush pitas with garlic-butter mixture. Arrange tomato slices over them. Sprinkle with basil. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 2

Place on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over them. Two-Cheese Pizzas are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
