    • 500 gm lamb mince
    • 2 medium onions
    • 1 tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp achar masala
    • 1 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 cup green peas
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste

    For Garnishing:

    • 4 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
    • 2 green chilies, finely chopped

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Cut onions into thin sliced.

    Step 2

    Heat oil in a pan,add onions and fry for few minutes(do not turn brown).

    Step 3

    Then add keema to it, let it cook, till becomes tender and a little brownish in colour.

    Step 4

    Now add the sliced tomato and stir fry, also add the green peas if you want.

    Step 5

    Now add, salt, black pepper, garlic-ginger paste.

    Step 6

    Toss a bit and add ketchup, stir fry and add achar.

    Step 7

    Now leave it for dum for about 5-7 minutes or when the mixture leaves oil.

    Step 8

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and green chilies. Now transfer into a serving dish. Achari keema is ready to serve.

    • 2 tablespoon oil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup butter or desi ghee
    • water for knead the dough

    Step 1

    Mix flour, salt and required water to make a dough consistency.

    Step 2

    Rub oil over and knead it soft.

    Step 3

    Let it rest for an hour.

    Step 4

    Make lemon sized balls out of the dough.

    Step 5

    Roll two balls into the small rounds (roti).

    Step 6

    Apply some butter or ghee on one round (roti).

    Step 7

    Cover with plan round.

    Step 8

    Seal the edges carefully and start rolling to form a round bread.

    Step 9

    Now make impressions with a fork.

    Step 10

    Heat a flat pan or griddle (tawa),when it gets hot add the paratha and let it cook for a minute.

    Step 11

    When it starts to get small bubbles turn around and add a small tsp of desi ghee around the paratha.

    Step 12

    When the brown spots appear take it out.

    Step 13

    Keep it in an in a covered box. Butter Paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 cup steamed and finely chopped spinach leaves.
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds
    • 5-6 black pepper,coarsely crushed
    • 1 tbsp oil to make dough
    • A little water to form dough
    • Oil or ghee for shallow frying

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Mix together the flour, spinach and spices.

    Step 2

    Add 1 tbsp of oil and knead with water to form a dough which is medium-soft.

    Step 3

    Cover and keep in the fridge for at least half an hour to set.

    Step 4

    Break into small balls.

    Step 5

    Roll out into small chapattis and shallow fry on medium heat in a frying pan till very lightly brown.

    Step 6

    Transfer into a serving platter. Spinach Roti ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:

    Serve hot with yogurt or any pickle or chutney.
