Cucumber Mint Raita

- 600 ml yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely grated
- 2 tbsp chopped, fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Put the yogurt in a bowl.
Beat lightly with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Cover and refrigerate till ready to eat. Cucumber Raita is ready to serve. Enjoy!
