  • 1 Smith apple – peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Step 1

Place yogurt, sour cream, and honey in a salad bowl.
