- 1 cup honey crunch wheat germ
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp onion soup mix
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Place cereal, wheat germ, soup mix and pepper in a food processor. Cover and process until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Transfer into a shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter. Then coat with cereal mixture.
Place in a greased 13×9-inch. baking dish.
