Ingredients

whole chicken

lemon juice

tbsp
oil

tbsp
yogurt

tsp
garlic paste

tsp
ginger paste

pinch
of orange food color or

tsp
Kashmiri chili powder

tsp
red chili powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Method
Mix together all the ingredients and coat the chicken with it. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Bake in an oven, at 180 degree C for 45 minutes or until done. Tandoori Roast Chicken is ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Raita, salad and naan.
