    Step 1

    Melt butter in a small saucepan.

    Step 2

    Stir in the coca powder until it becomes a smooth mixture.

    Step 3

    In a separate bowl, cook and stir sugar and milk for 2-3 minutes (make sure it doesn’t boil).

    Step 4

    Now mix together both the mixtures.

    Step 5

    Stir in the milk powder and thick cream. Mix well.

    Step 6

    Now add broken biscuits and stir until well combined.

    Step 7

    Pour this mixture over an aluminum foil. Roll it tightly.

    Step 8

    Place it in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.

    Step 9

    For serving cut into slices.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm flour
    • 250 gm wheat flour
    • 4 tbsp oil
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • Lukewarm water to knead the dough

     

    Directions:

    • In a large bowl, combine together flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar and oil.
    • Knead a hard dough with lukewarm water.
    • Cover the dough with a wet cloth.
    • Leave it for 1 hour then use to make paratha.
    • Shallow Fry Paratha in oil or ghee.
    • Paratha Dough is ready now.

    Recipe Note’s

    • You can use this paratha dough in any type of paratha e.g aloo paratha, mooli paratha, laccha paratha etc.

    Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Fry onion until lightly browned. Add cumin seeds and cook for 30 seconds.

    Step 5

    Put ghee on the dal. Stir well and cook 2-3 minutes longer.

    Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves. Fried Mash Dal is ready to serve.

    Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute onion in oil until lightly brown.

    Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until all water dries up and oil separate.

    Step 4

    Now add red chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes or until gravy become smooth.

    Add the mash daal (white lentil) and stir well.

    Add 1 cup of water. Bring the water to boil and then reduce the flame to low.

    Step 7

    Cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes or until the daal is cooked.

    Step 8

    Remove the lid and cook on high flame for 5 minutes or until oil comes on top.

    Step 9

    Dish it out. Garnish with green chilies and lemon wedges. Dal Mash is ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm boneless chicken
    • 1 packet tempura batter mix
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 carrot, cut lengthwise
    • 1/2 cabbage, cut lengthwise
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp hot sauce
    • black pepper to taste
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying
    • water as required

    Directions:

    1. Place chicken in a bowl.
    2. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, vinegar and hot sauce.
    3. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
    4. Follow instructions on the packet and make a batter out of the tempura mix.
    5. Put marinated chicken and vegetables in the tempura batter.
    6. Mix well.
    7. Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet.
    8. Make pakoras nad fry for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
    9. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
    10. Chinese Chicken Pakora is ready now.
    • Serve hot with chili sauce.

    • 250 gm cottage cheese
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon mango powder
    • oil For deep frying

    For the batter:

    • 1 cup Gram flour (besan).
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • a pinch of baking soda
    • salt to taste
    • water as required

     

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Cut the cottage cheese into square, thick cubes.

    Step 2

    Sprinkle red chili powder and mango powder on each piece.

    Step 3

    Make the batter by mixing the gram flour with red chili powder, salt, soda and sufficient water to make a slightly thick batter.

    Step 4

    Dip each piece of cottage cheese into the batter and deep fry in heated oil till it turns golden brown. Paneer Pakora is ready to serve.

    Take a bowl, put yogurt in the bowl.

    Add sugar and whisk it for about 10 minutes until the sugar gets dissolves.

    Add the ice cubes and then keep it aside for 2 to 3 minutes so that the mixture gets chilled.

    Now take four tall serving glasses and then pour the lassi in the glasses.

    Now take malai pedas and crumble them in a bowl.

    • 500 gm all-purpose flour
    • 250 ml water

    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/2tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    Step 1

    Mix first three ingredients and knead well into a soft dough.

    Step 2

    Put dough into a bowl and cover the bowl with a damp cloth and set aside for 1 hour.

    Mix together the ingredients for the filling and set aside.

    Take the flour dough and pat some dry flour on it and knead again for a few minutes.

    Step 5

    Make small lemon sized balls out of the complete dough.

    Step 6

    Take a ball and flatten it using a roller.

    Spread tomato paste all over leaving a 2/3 cm border.

    Step 8

    Fold into a semi circle and roll it out again.

    Step 9

    Fold again into a quarter of a circle. Roll it out into a triangle pizza shape.

    Step 10

    Heat a non stick pan and spread clarified butter or on it.

    Step 11

    Cook the pizza paratha on one side until it puffs up and is brown on one side.

    Step 12

    Spread some clarified butter or oil on raw side and flip it over and cook other side well. Pizza Paratha is ready to serve.
