- 10 Baby corns
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted & crushed
- 1/2 tsp garam Masala powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- salt to taste
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil

Place corn flour, red chili, garam Masala, cumin, coriander powder and tomato sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
Add 2 tbsp oil in it.
Apply this batter on baby corns.
Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a grill pan over medium high heat.
Roast baby corns in it.Keep turning the corns even all sides get roasted.
Poke a tooth pick to the corn. Baby Corn Tikka is ready to serve.
