- 4 fish fillets (halibut)
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon mustard paste

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

In a small mixing bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, mustard paste, sesame oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
Place the fish fillets in a resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the fish fillets.
Seal the bag Shake to coat evenly.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to blend flavors.
Melt butter in a shallow frying pan.
Remove fish fillets from the marinade.
Pan-fry fish fillets for 5 minutes on each side or until fish is done when easily flaked with a fork.
