Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the hash browns, soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 2

Pour this mixture into a 4-quart casserole dish. Top with butter and cubed cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cheesy Potatoes are ready now. Serve warm.
